Corrections Policy
This is a real working draft, grounded in the current Digital Personal Data Protection Act and IT Rules for digital news publishers, and our confirmed registered business details. It is pending a final legal review before it is official.

We get things wrong sometimes. Here's what we do about it.
1. How to report an error
Email ziotimes.info@gmail.com with the story URL and what's wrong. Include a source if you have one — it helps us verify and fix it faster.
2. What happens next
We review every correction request. If a factual error is confirmed, we fix it in the story and add a correction note at the bottom stating what was changed and when. We don't quietly edit published stories without a visible trail.
3. Timeline
We aim to resolve corrections within 7 business days of a verified report. Time-sensitive or high-impact errors are prioritized.
4. Severity
Minor errors (typos, a wrong date, a misspelled name) are corrected directly and noted briefly. Significant errors (a materially wrong fact, a misattributed quote) are corrected with a clear, visible correction note.
